Justin Hart has a diverse work experience in the banking industry, spanning over 15 years. Justin began their career in 2007 as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Capitol Bank, where they were responsible for analyzing data and preparing financial spreads for loan presentations. In 2009, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending, where they focused on establishing relationships with businesses and individuals for all their banking needs. Justin then advanced to the role of Vice President of Commercial Lending in 2013, where they managed a robust commercial loan portfolio and developed new commercial clients. In 2019, they became the Senior Lender and Senior Vice President, overseeing the bank's commercial lending function and managing a $325MN+ loan portfolio. Currently, Justin works as the President of Capitol Bank, providing leadership across lending and credit functions. Prior to their banking career, they served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant from 2000 to 2008, leading operations with up to 50 soldiers.

Following this, they joined Edgewood College from 2013 to 2015 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Justin also earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Edgewood College in May 2015. Lastly, from 2018 to 2021, Justin attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where they gained expertise in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
