Matt Roegner began their career in 1997 at First National Bank and Trust Company, where they served as the SVP, Commercial Banking Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Alpine Bank Illinois as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. In 2019, they held the role of Chief Lending Officer at Heritage Credit Union until December, when they joined Capitol Bank as the Senior Vice President Commercial Lending.
Matt Roegner obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, which they pursued from 1981 to 1985. Subsequently, in 2017, they attended Northwestern University where they completed a program in Advanced Management with a focus on Management and Leadership.
