Dwight Sheppard

Dwight Sheppard has a solid work experience in the industry. Dwight started working for Legum and Norman, Inc. in 1996 as a Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for training and hiring stationary engineers. In 1998, they joined Capitol Boiler Works, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing daily operations and logistics. Dwight later became the Vice President, General Manager, managing the growth and operation of the company. Finally, Dwight took on the role of President in 2010, providing leadership and developing a strategic plan for the company's advancement.

Dwight Sheppard received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Clarke County High School from 1982 to 1986.
