Tom Dougherty

Tom Dougherty is an experienced data architect with a career spanning several decades in technology and consulting. Currently serving as Principal Data Architect at both Quorum and Capitol Canary since late 2020, Dougherty previously held the role of VP & CTO at KnowWho, Inc. from 2001 to 2020, where oversight included all aspects of database design and application development. Prior experience includes roles as VP & Director of Development at RCI Computing and ownership in various small businesses across diverse sectors from 1987 to 1997. Dougherty's career began in investment banking at Arthurs, Lestrange and Short, specializing in municipal bond syndication. Dougherty holds an education from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
