Andy Bryant possesses over 23 years of leadership experience in business operations, specializing in sales, fulfillment (both warehouse and e-commerce), asset acquisition, transportation management, third-party management, and strategic planning and execution. Currently serving as Operations Leader at Capitol City Produce since July 2022, Andy previously held the position of General Manager at Conn's HomePlus from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior to those roles, Andy worked as the Distribution and Logistics Senior Manager at Community Coffee for 23 years, from June 1998 to June 2021. Andy's career began at The Coca-Cola Company as a Bulk Retail Merchandiser from 1996 to 1998. Andy holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Hinds Community College, earned between August 1993 and December 1996.
