Caleb Prejean has extensive work experience in the operations and logistics field. Caleb started their career at Associated Grocers in 1997, where they held the position of Sr. Director of Logistics & Supply Chain Management until May 2015. In 2015, Caleb joined Capitol City Produce as the Director of Operations and later advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations in June 2019.
Caleb Prejean attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology.
