Marsha Ramsey

Marsha Ramsey is an experienced professional in employee relationships, organizational development, and training, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relationships & Development at Capitol City Produce. With a robust background as a Management & Organizational Development Consultant and previous leadership roles at Petroleum Service Corporation, including Vice President of Organizational Development, Learning and Development, and Human Resources and Training, Marsha has demonstrated expertise in managing and developing talent within organizations. Additionally, Marsha has provided consulting services through SSA Consultants as both a Management/Organizational Development Consultant and a Researcher and Instructional Designer. Marsha holds a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.A. in English-Creative Writing from Louisiana State University.
