Lauren Hughes possesses extensive experience in business development within the construction and real estate sectors. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Lauth Property Group, and earlier positions at Capitol Construction, Miles Design, and JDH Capital, where Lauren specialized in tenant improvements, branding, and leasing. Lauren began a successful career at Kite Realty Group and Pulte Homes, demonstrating remarkable sales performance and earning recognition such as "Rookie of the Year."
