Lisa Whisler

Lisa Whisler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and policy. Currently a Partner at Capitol Counsel, LLC since November 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Vice President of Government Affairs at FLIR Systems from 2016 to 2022. Prior roles at Lockheed Martin included Director of Government Affairs, Director of International Business Development, and Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs between 2007 and 2016. Lisa served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Senator Max Baucus in the United States Senate from 2004 to 2007 and worked as a Legislative Liaison for the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2004. Lisa's career began at the U.S. Department of State as the Director of the Irish Peace Process Cultural Training Program from 1999 to 2002. Lisa holds a BA from Villanova University and an MA from Ulster University.
