Sara Franko

Sara Franko is a seasoned professional in government affairs and public policy, currently serving as a Partner at Capitol Counsel, LLC since October 2022, having previously held the title of Principal at the same firm from 2007 to 2022. With extensive experience in legislative advisory roles, Sara served as Principal at Strategic Health Solutions from 2003 to 2006, and held similar positions at The Legislative Strategies Group from 2001 to 2003. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Federal Government Affairs at HOFFMAN-LA ROCHE INC from 1999 to 2001, and various roles within the U.S. House of Representatives between 1987 and 1999, including Administrative Assistant and Legislative Director. Sara’s expertise is backed by an A.B. in Political Science and English from Duke University and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy.
