Jessi Pelaez is an experienced Care Manager at Capitol County Children’s Collaborative since May 2022, with a background in leadership and mentorship through various roles at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where Jessi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Trainer at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from December 2015 to August 2021, and as a Student Office Manager for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Ramapo College, where responsibilities included representing the Greek Life community and supporting academic monitoring. Additionally, Jessi contributed as an EOF Peer Mentor, guiding freshmen students, and as an Orientation Leader, facilitating discussions and presentations for new students. Capitol County Children’s Collaborative (CCCC) is a non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) located in Mercer County, NJ. CCCC works with youth and their families ages 5-21 with emotional, behavioral and/or substance abuse challenges, intellectual, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities.
