Kimberly Parente-Chase

Kimberly Parente-Chase is an experienced mortgage loan officer at Capitol Federal® Savings Bank since December 2018, with a diverse career in real estate and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at United Real Estate since September 2011, Kimberly previously held the position of FHA/USDA Endorsement Manager at United Fidelity Funding from September 2009 to September 2011. Kimberly has also managed a mortgage branch and worked as a loan originator at The Home Mortgage Group/Mortgage Source from April 2000 to July 2009. Kimberly began a career in real estate sales at Remax Kansas City/Coldwell Banker RE from November 1988 to 2000. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University, obtained between 1980 and 1983, and completed secondary education at Oak Park High School.
