Mike Sadler's work experience begins in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at BMO Harris Bank, where they accepted cash and checks for deposits and maintained balanced cash drawers. In 2008, they worked as a Bank Teller at First State Bank, handling wire transfers and cash advances. From 2010 to 2011, Mike served as a Financial Examiner at the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner, where they examined credit institutions and audited financial documents. Mike then worked as a Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant at EMFusion, LLC from 2011 to 2013, creating financial reports and managing bank reconciliations. In 2013, Mike transitioned to Mortgage Lenders of America as a Mortgage Loan Originator, assisting borrowers with loan applications. Mike joined SE2, LLC in 2014, initially as an Account Services Representative, before being promoted to Financial Reporting Staff Accountant and then Senior Staff Accountant at Capitol Federal® Savings Bank in 2017. At SE2, LLC, they managed daily operations, trained junior staff, and prepared tax filings. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in accounting, finance, and customer service.
