Shanan Decker

Shanan Decker currently serves as the Branch Operations Manager at Capitol Group Inc. since September 2024 and has been a Co-Owner and Property Manager at Branan LLC since October 2017, overseeing a Two Family Flat and a Single Family home in the greater STL area. Prior experience includes roles at Hoffmann Brothers, where Shanan held positions as Plumbing Department Lead and Plumbing Coordinator from December 2017 to October 2024, providing vital support for field professionals and installation teams. Additionally, from May 2013 to December 2017, Shanan worked as the Venue & Events Manager at Southtown Events, managing various event spaces for multiple types of gatherings.
