Karen Miles

Karen Miles, CAE, CMP, is a seasoned professional in event management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Capitol Hill Management Services, Inc. since August 2021, Karen previously held the position of Associate Director/Senior Meeting Planner at the American Physical Therapy Association, where responsibility included leading the planning and execution of national conferences. Prior to this, Karen worked at The Society of the Plastics Industry in various roles, including Assistant Director, where oversight included strategic planning and conference development. Additionally, experience as Conference Service Manager at The Madison Hotel involved coordinating events and guest services. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
