Lauren Bantau

Lauren Bantau has over nine years of diverse professional experience, primarily at Capitol Pain Institute since August 2014, where roles include Assistant to the Chief of Staff, Lead Trainer, Authorizations Representative, and Medical Assistant & Scheduler. In these positions, Lauren has facilitated communication across a growing organization, coordinated training for new employees, managed medical authorizations, and ensured efficient scheduling. Past experiences as a Camp Counselor, Hostess, Resident Assistant, and Retail Sales Associate demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University, complemented by international study experience in Costa Rica.
