Richard Grote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, and management within the tech and solar industries. As a Roofing & Solar Consultant at Capitol Roofing & Solar since September 2024, Richard utilizes expertise gained as the Owner and Founder of Startilizer to assist startup founders in understanding customer needs and generating sustainable revenue. Richard’s background includes serving as a Board Member for Glider, a role that focuses on community-building through local events, and as a Solar Consultant at Sunrun. Previous positions include co-founding and driving growth as Chief Revenue Officer at Compliable and guiding B2B tech startups as Managing Director at RealCo.
