Carlo Francia

Carlo Francia is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in creating training materials and facilitating educational programs. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Capitol Services, Inc., Carlo leads a team focused on developing effective training resources for company-wide initiatives. Prior roles include Zone Training Coordinator at Whataburger, where Carlo managed training for over 80 Managers-In-Training, and several positions at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, including Learning and Development Specialist.
