Jenner Smith

Jenner Smith is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as VP of Structuring at Capitolis since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jenner held several key positions at Citi, including Global Head of the Structured Lending Group within Prime Finance, where responsibilities included managing structured lending solutions for institutional asset managers and negotiating complex legal agreements. Jenner's career also includes significant experience at Deutsche Bank as an Associate, where investment strategies were developed for the Global Securities Lending business, and at Dresdner Kleinwort as a Portfolio Manager focusing on short-term fixed income. Jenner holds an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a degree from Gettysburg College.
