Geoffrey Loos has extensive work experience in the field of investment banking and strategic advisory. Geoffrey currently serves as the Managing Director at CapM Advisors, where they advise business owners, boards, and management teams on various complex transactions. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked at D.A. Davidson Companies as the Director of Investment Banking for 16 years. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in conducting numerous sales, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions for a range of companies across different industries.
Geoffrey Loos studied Finance at the University of Utah until 2004. Geoffrey also obtained certifications in Series 7, 24, and 63 from FINRA.
