Ilkka Tomperi

Ilkka Tomperi is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Partner and COO at CapMan Real Estate since February 2023 and as Professor of Practice in Real Estate Investment at Aalto University since August 2022. Tomperi previously held key positions at INREV as Vice-Chair and member of the Management Board from April 2017 to June 2023, and as Executive Vice President of Property Development at YIT from August 2021 to December 2022. Board membership roles include serving at Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö Kaleva, Varma, Logicor, and SATO. Tomperi's earlier experience includes a role as Partner at CapMan from 2011 to 2013 and as Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments from 2007 to 2011. Educational credentials include a PhD and M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Vaasa, along with studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
