Kristian Rusila

Kristian Rusila has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Kristian began their career in 2003 as an Accountant at PlusTerveys Oy and continued to work as an Accountant at the same company in 2004. In 2005, they joined Dynea Oy as an Assistant Controller and was later promoted to Financial Controller. From 2007 to 2011, Kristian worked at Tamro Corp as a Financial Controller, and then as a Group Controller until 2012. Kristian then moved to Fiskars where they held the position of Group Financial Controller until 2016. Currently, Kristian is working as a Finance Director at CapMan.

Kristian Rusila completed their Master's Degree in Music from Sibelius-Akatemia - Sibelius-Akademin from 1994 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a degree in Financial Accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they obtained their M.Sc. (Econ.) in 2006.
