Alina Jähnig

Alina Jähnig's work experience began in 2014 as a Social Worker in Psychiatry at LVR-Klinik. Then, in 2016, they worked as an Activity Planner at Frosch Sportreisen. In 2018, they took on various roles, including a Tutor at Maastricht University Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience, a Psychology Teacher at the Federal Police, and a position in Personal Development and HR at BIG direkt gesund. Later that year, they interned in Consulting and Training at Lohmarer Institut für Weiterbildungen. In 2019, Alina became a Masterstudent at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. Finally, in 2021, they joined Capmo as a Jr. People Operations Manager, later transitioning to a People Operations Manager role in 2022.
