Cristal Montoya has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Cristal began their career as a Transcriptionist at GSK, a British pharmaceutical company. Cristal then worked as an Executive Assistant at Inversiones GDV, C.A., where they supported the CEO and collaborated on problem-solving. At TuDescuentón.com, an eCommerce company, Cristal served as a Marketing Analyst and Sales Executive, focusing on customer relations and conflict resolution. Cristal also worked as an Executive in Sales at Grupo.com, where they maintained strong relationships with customers and managed product planning. Cristal co-founded and served as CEO at La Granola Caracas, a company specializing in healthy products. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Inversiones Arosela 2012, C.A., managing supplier relationships and inventory planning. At SmoothieBox/Butcherbox, Cristal was a Marketing Associate, and later at ButcherBox, they held various roles, including Logistics Specialist, Efficiency and Cost Analyst, and currently serves as a Supply Chain Ops Project Manager, overseeing project timelines, resource requirements, and cross-functional collaboration. Cristal Montoya has a diverse education history. Cristal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Bentley University in the year 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) between 2006 and 2012. Additionally, Cristal Montoya has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Colegio Claret, which they acquired from 2000 to 2006.
