Beth Wilson CPsychol

Beth Wilson CPsychol is currently the Client Implementation Director at Cappfinity, where they oversee the successful implementation of client solutions and lead strategic cross-functional teams. Previously, Beth served in various roles within Cappfinity, including Head of Client Operations and Director of Product and Operations, where they shaped operational strategies and enhanced assessment solutions. Beth began their career in human resources with roles at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd and The Compliance Group, and they hold an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University.
