Kelly Leonard

Kelly Leonard has extensive experience in client services and implementation within the healthcare industry. Kelly is currently the Director of Client Implementation at Carenet Health since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Client Services at Carenet Health from December 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Carenet Health, Kelly worked at STERICYCLE COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS INC for over a decade. Kelly held multiple roles at the company, including Director of Client Services from February 2020 to December 2022, Manager of Implementation Services from August 2018 to February 2020, Manager of Client Services Support from April 2015 to August 2018, and Supervisor of Account Management from May 2012 to April 2015. Kelly started their career at Onramp Medical Communications in 2002 where they served as the Director of Client Services until August 2011. Kelly also has experience as an Account Manager at NotifyMD from August 2011 to April 2012.

Kelly Leonard completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis in 2013. In addition, Kelly obtained a Travel Agent Certification from Travel Careers Inc in August 1998.
