Carmel Blair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategic account development. Currently serving as Account Director at Cappfinity since April 2017, Carmel focuses on building and managing relationships with key clients while leveraging innovative solutions in talent development. Previous roles at Cappfinity included Strategic Account Manager, where leadership was provided in creating candidate journeys. Prior experience includes partnerships management at CEB (now Gartner), where business development for enterprise partners in the UK & Ireland was overseen, as well as strategic alliances and marketing management positions at SHL.
