Caroline Boyd

Caroline Boyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management development and performance coaching. As the Co-Founder of The Manager Hub since March 2020, Caroline focuses on enhancing managerial effectiveness to drive performance improvements. Additionally, as a Senior Performance Coach at Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? and a Strengths Coach at Cappfinity, Caroline employs Olympic-winning strategies and strengths-based assessment methods to foster excellence in individuals and organizations. Since March 2011, Caroline has also contributed as an Associate Trainer and Facilitator at Mind Gym, leveraging psychology and behavioral science to enhance workplace performance. Prior roles include senior marketing and product management positions at Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, and Mars. Caroline holds a BSc in Biological Science from Durham University and a Master’s in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University.
