Jeanette MacDonald

Jeanette Macdonald has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as an HR Officer and Operations Manager at Cappfinity since January 2016. Prior to this, Jeanette was the Head of People People UK from 2010 to September 2015, overseeing business management and operational activities for market research services. Jeanette began career progression at Millward Brown, starting as a Project Controller and advancing to Senior Market Research Data Collection Consultant from September 1990 to December 1998, responsible for managing market research projects. Earlier roles include Office Services Administrator at Partco Automotive from January 1987 to December 1989. Jeanette has pursued further education, obtaining a NEB in Supervisory Studies and a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies from WCG.
