Shiane Fuller

Shiane Fuller is an experienced Assessment Consultant at Cappfinity, specializing in strengths-based assessment and contributing to award-winning recruitment and development solutions since November 2020. Previously, Shiane worked at Infosys BPM as an in-house recruitment resourcer, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives through volunteer work on the social committee. Earlier experience includes a Project Assistant Internship at Enploy, where Shiane focused on content creation for leadership workshops and the development of online tools for measuring entrepreneurial skills. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Work Psychology and Business from Aston University and a BSc in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
