Therese Engen

Therese Engen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management, project management, and agile coaching. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Developer at Capra since June 2016, Therese also holds the position of Agile Coach at Vy and Software Engineering Manager at Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK), both since 2021. Previous roles include Project Manager at ice Norway and Iterate Norway, where expertise in Lean Startup methodologies and technical project coordination was developed. Early career experiences at Cisco involved implementing agile methodologies and leading software teams, starting as a Team Leader and progressing to Software Manager. Therese holds a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Bergen.
