Duane Frick is currently the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Capra Bank. Prior to this role, Duane held the position of Senior Vice President/Business Banker at Dubuque Bank and Trust. With a background in commercial banking and experience as a Director of Worksite Development at Platinum Supplemental Insurance, Duane has a strong track record in the financial industry. Duane's education includes a BS in Business from Loras College, an MBA from University of Dubuque, and completion of the Graduate School of Banking at University of Colorado Boulder.
