Josh McQuillen is currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Banking at Capra Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Commercial Banking VP at Dubuque Bank and Trust from September 2020 to March 2023. With a background in business development and vendor relationships at GreatAmerica Financial Services from June 2012 to August 2020, Josh brings a wealth of experience to his current position. Josh is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Drake University and holds a Bachelor's degree from Coe College.
