L.H. 'Tut' Fuller

Lynn "Tut" Fuller is currently the CEO, Chairman, and Founder at Capra Bank, leading the team in building the next great bank. Prior to this role, Tut served as the Regional President at HTLF, overseeing banking sales and operations across multiple states. Tut also held leadership positions at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. and Dubuque Bank and Trust. With a diverse background in banking and strategy consulting at Bain & Company, Tut brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. Tut holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School.
