João Haik Guedes de Camargo

João Haik Guedes de Camargo is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong background in construction management and project coordination, currently serving as Coordenador de Obras at CAPREM Construtora since February 2021. In this role, João oversees residential construction projects in São Paulo, managing team performance and ensuring project compliance through site supervision and technical analysis. Prior to this, João held various engineering and coordination positions at Vitta Residencial and other construction firms, contributing to significant urban infrastructure projects and innovations in the real estate sector. João holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and has extensive experience in managing construction processes, from foundation design to the completion of large residential buildings.
