Paulo Moreira

Paulo Moreira is a professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Assistente de Engenharia at CAPREM Construtora since March 2022, Paulo oversees the delivery sector of real estate projects, manages both field and administrative teams, and handles material control and repair planning. Prior to this role, Paulo co-founded EP Drone, where responsibilities included project management, client acquisition, and aerial photography analysis from August 2020 to March 2022. As an Engenheiro projetista at Thales Mendes Arquitetura from August 2019 to January 2022, Paulo specialized in 2D and 3D project design, municipal approvals, and construction oversight. Early career experience includes video editing and photography at E-10 Evento. Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo, attained in 2021.
