Jean Tomlin

Jean Tomlin is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources, organisation development and change management. Jean is currently the Director at Capri Holdings, a luxury fashion group that includes Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace.

Jean has a proven track record in leading organisations through change, having held senior roles at the BBC and London 2012. Jean was responsible for the successful delivery of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as the development of the BBC's post-merger organisation.

Jean is an expert in organisational transition, having advised a number of companies on their HR strategies. Jean is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has been recognised for their work in this area.

Jean Tomlin is a distinguished alumni of Loughborough University, where they completed a Combined Honours in Economic Theirtory and Sociology. Jean also has a Human Resources qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
