As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for all financial matters from raising capital to budget analysis. Her national senior living expertise is evident in her guidance and execution of helping Capri Communities sustain a viable growth model. Through this model, she is building relationships with key stakeholders including investors and joint venture partners, as well as bankers, attorneys and shareholders. Kristin brings value to every level of the company from the Executive Committee to the campus budgets. When she isn’t running the numbers for Capri, she shares her expertise with various boards and committees throughout the community.
