Motti Finkelstein

Motti Finkelstein is an advisor at Capri Ventures and has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Motti has held positions at BMO Financial Group, TRUEFORT, and McKinsey & Company, where they advised on capital markets, architecture, and technology engineering. Motti also spent 18 years at Citi, where they led the group that was responsible for setting the strategy and architecture for Citi’s cloud architecture. Theirresponsibilities included driving digital engagement by liaising with Citi’s global innovation labs, vendor engagements, Infrastructure labs, and creating and ensuring the execution of key initiatives across Infrastructure Engineering. Motti helped drive transformational change and created a culture of innovation in the areas of Cloud, Big Data, Software Defined Data Centers, Robotics Process Automation and User Experience.

Motti Finkelstein has an MBA from City University of New York-Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business in International Business and a B. Science & Applied Technology from Lev Academic Center (JCT) (Jerusalem College of Technology) in Computer Software Engineering. Motti is also a graduate of the Next Generation CIO Academy from Deloitte.
