Eleanor Rowley

Eleanor Rowley has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Board Observer for the British Egyptian Business Association and a Non-Executive Director at Europa Oil & Gas Plc. Eleanor is also the Managing Director for Egypt and a Board Member at Capricorn Energy PLC, where responsibilities include the establishment and management of the Egypt business unit's exploration and production assets. Previous roles include Vice President for Exploration in the MENA and Caspian regions at Total, where Eleanor led new business development and technical excellence, and Director of Subsurface at Dana Gas, overseeing all subsurface activities in the MENA region. Eleanor's career began with roles at Cairn India, BHP Billiton, and Shell, covering exploration management and new ventures. Eleanor holds a PhD in Basin Analysis from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in Earth Science from the University of Oxford.
