Jerry Walsh

Jerry Walsh is Director, Property Management with CapRidge Partners in the Charlotte, N.C. office. Jerry joined CapRidge Partners in August 2015 and is partially responsible for the oversight of the firm’s portfolio’s in the Southeast markets including Charlotte N.C., Atlanta GA., Nashville TN. and Houston, TX. Prior to joining CapRidge, Jerry worked with various real estate owners in the Charlotte and Atlanta markets over the past 17 years. Jerry earned a B.A. in English with Social Studies from Norwich City College, Norwich, U.K. Jerry is a BOMA committee member and received her RPA designation in 2017.
