Kevin Black

Mr. Black oversees all company and fund related activity along with directing the acquisition and asset management team. Mr. Black was also a Principal with T. Stacy & Associates prior to CapRidge, having worked with Mr. Stacy since 2000.

Prior to CapRidge and T. Stacy, Mr. Black worked in acquisitions and closing with Archon Group. Archon is an international full-service real estate investment management and support services company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. that managed in excess of $50 billion in real estate and loan assets. During his tenure at Archon, he specialized in office, multi-family and data center properties
