Kris Welsh

Kris Welsh has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Property Manager at CapRidge Partners, overseeing the Nashville City Center, a Class A Downtown Office Tower. Previous roles include General Manager at Two Fifty with Millbrook Real Estate Company and various management positions at CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc., where responsibilities included directing management, leasing, and property operations. Kris also has a background in landscape management as a part owner of Polzer Landscaping & Snow and Ice Control LLC. Additional experience includes property management at Inland Companies and assistant buying and customer service positions at Legendary Whitetails. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a high school diploma from Homestead High School.
