Upasna Singh

Upasna Singh is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical practice and research. Since August 2015, Upasna has been involved with CAPRISA as a Medical Doctor and Researcher specializing in Vaccines and Pathogenesis, and also serves as a Clinical Research Fellow. In June 2020, Upasna established Health On Park, a family-oriented medical practice focused on managing chronic and non-emergency acute medical conditions. Previous roles include Principal Clinical Manager at RedPill Casualty Group and ER Consulting Inc., along with experience as a Medical Doctor in Paediatrics at Umgungundlovu District and the Free State Department of Health. Upasna holds an MBBS from SSR Medical College, a PG Dip in HIV-TB Management from the University of Cape Town, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of the Western Cape. Additionally, Upasna has completed a certificate from the Global Health E-Learning University of Washington.
