Currently at CapRock Partners, Lance oversees an industrial portfolio while ensuring compliance with investment objectives and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. Previous roles include managing financial and operational aspects at Capital Asset Management LLC and Adler Realty Investments, where Lance was responsible for substantial portfolios and significant projects, such as overseeing a complex phone system conversion and executing energy-efficient retrofits. Lance began a career in the entertainment industry as a professional actor and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge.
