Jason Elms P.e.

Jason Elms, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and development. Jason currently serves as the Vice President of Development at CapRock Partners since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. as the Dallas Managing Principal from August 2020 to May 2022, where they provided leadership, guidance, and oversight on various projects, while also managing client relations. From October 2015 to April 2020, Jason was the Managing Vice President - Dallas at Pape-Dawson Engineers, where they significantly contributed to the growth of the branch office and provided operational support to a team of professionals. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at The Allen Group from April 2006 to October 2015, overseeing the entitlement of a logistics park and negotiating public-private partnership agreements. Jason also worked at Jones & Carter Consulting Engineers, Inc. from June 1997 to April 2006, serving in various roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Department Manager. Overall, Jason Elms brings a wealth of experience in both project management and leadership positions within the engineering industry.

Jason Elms, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In January 2003, they became a Professional Engineer certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. Later, in June 2015, they earned the Texas Real Estate Broker certification granted by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
