Monique Snowden

Monique Snowden has a strong background in asset management and property management. Monique is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at CapRock Partners, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, Monique worked as the Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at CapRock Partners from May 2020 to February 2022. Before joining CapRock Partners, they were a Senior Property Manager at Cardinal Development from September 2018 to May 2020 and a SoCal Property Manager at Bixby Land Company from January 2017 to September 2018. Monique began their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Milan Capital Management, Inc in December 2014 and held this position until January 2017.

Monique Snowden obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In addition, they obtained a CA Real Estate License from the State of California Department of Real Estate in February 2016.
