Rick Goebel

Rick Goebel is a seasoned professional in the field of development and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Development at CapRock Partners since May 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Kimley-Horn from March 2019 to May 2021, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Slater Hanifan Group between February 2015 and March 2019. Rick began their career as a Civil Designer at Civil Squared Engineering, formerly known as Martin & Martin, where Rick worked from June 2007 to February 2015.
