Steve Katzfey

Steve Katzfey is a Board Member at CAPS Research. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Dover Corporation from October 2014 to October 2021. In this role, they managed an engine component product portfolio totaling $370M in sales and developed business cases consisting of financial projections, market analysis, distribution, pricing, and core strategies for presentation to the executive product council. Steve also successfully led Navistar into new markets as program manager for four new product launches.

Before their time at Dover Corporation, Steve Katzfey served as Director of Procurement at Navistar Inc from July 2002 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for product pricing, discount programs and customer incentive strategies. Steve also led cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, quality, sales, marketing/pricing, finance, distribution and suppliers to launch diesel product programs on time and competitively positioned in the market.

Steve majored in business with a focus in marketing at Miami University. Steve then went on to get their MBA in finance from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Steve also studied international business at the United States Military Academy at West Point and abroad in Luxembourg.
