Emmalee Fishburn, MPH, CHES, currently serves as the Director of Projects and Initiatives at CAPSA- Citizens Against Physical and Sexual Abuse and as a Subject Matter Expert Consultant at Media Partners Corporation. With a strong background in sexual misconduct prevention and education, Emmalee previously held positions at Utah State University as a Senior Prevention Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance with training requirements and managing a team to implement prevention efforts across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles at Indiana University Bloomington focusing on bystander intervention programs and working as a Graduate Assistant. Emmalee's expertise also encompasses community health education and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health curriculum delivery to diverse populations. Emmalee holds a Master of Public Health degree in Professional Health Education from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
